Filing a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency is free of charge, and you do not need the assistance of a lawyer or court representative.

  • Will we create profiles about you?

We will use your personal data to send you personalized and automated offers based on your personal preferences regarding the products and services offered by the organization.

The need to use GPS and location permissions in the CD Leganés – Official App mobile application will only take place with the User’s explicit prior consent and is related to the existence of events with geographic restrictions. These events require the User to remain continuously within the physical area designated for the event, such as Ontime Butarque Stadium on match days.

The User’s location is not stored and is used only temporarily to verify whether the User is physically within the designated area. The User’s location does not leave their device and is used dynamically solely to validate this condition. 

  • PRIVACY NOTICE FOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE “VIP ROOM” EXPERIENCE, IN COMPLIANCE WITH PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS

Your personal data will be used to manage our relationship with you and to provide the VIP experience in which you are participating. This data is necessary for us to communicate with you, allowing us to use your information lawfully. It may also be used for other activities, such as sending you advertising or promoting our activities.
