Leganés B beat Real Aranjuez on the opening day (2-0)

First matchday of the league season and first three points for C.D. Leganés’ reserve side in their fixture against Real Aranjuez C.F. (2–0). A winning start for the team managed by Abraham García in their debut in Group 7 of Tercera RFEF.

Jorge Herrero put the team ahead in the 39th minute by converting the penalty awarded after a foul on Álvaro Moreno. In the second half, Mulumba sealed the 2-0 victory in the 78th minute with a superb finish following an assist from Carlos Muñoz.

The next league fixture will be on Sunday 13 September at 12:00 at Navalcarbón against Las Rozas C.F.
