C.D. Leganés has extended Javi Garrido's contract through 2029; he will play on loan at C.D. Coria this year

C.D. Leganés and Javi Garrido reached an agreement this Monday to renew the youth-academy goalkeeper's contract until the end of the 2028/29 season. Likewise, the goalkeeper from the Cantera Pepinera will play this season on loan at C.D. Coria.

Garrido, 22 years old, arrived at the blue-and-white entity in 2019, and since then has progressed through the Juvenil category teams and Leganés 'B', and in the last season also exercised the role of third goalkeeper for the first team. In between, in the 2024/25 season, he was loaned to Sestao River of Primera Federación.

Now, the young pepinero goalkeeper renews until 2029, and in this upcoming season will play on loan at C.D. Coria, an outfit that will compete in Primera Federación.
