La vuelta al trabajo, el lunes 6 de julio

The C.D. Leganés 2026/27 will begin its pre-season next Monday, July 6. The pepinero outfit will return to work that day with the start of the medical examinations prior to the kickoff of the work on the pitch, which is foreseen for Wednesday the 8th.

There will be two days of tests before the first training at the Instalación Deportiva Butarque. Those of Rubén Albés already have their first friendlies of the summer confirmed as well: Saturday, July 11 at 19:00 hours against Levante U.D. in Valencia, and Friday, July 17 at the I.D. Butarque against Albacete Balompié (schedule to be confirmed).

One week stage at Portugal and the Villa de Leganés trophy against Tenerife

After that match, the team will face a one-week preparation stage in the Portuguese town of Melgaço, during which it will dispute two more matches: Tuesday the 21st, with the rival pending confirmation, and Friday the 24th against F.C. Penafiel, an outfit from the Liga Portugal 2, after which it will return to Leganés to face the second part of the pre-season.

The club will dispute several more preparation matches before the league kickoff foreseen for August 15-16. Among them, the one on Saturday, August 8 against C.D. Tenerife in the XLVI Villa de Leganés Trophy is already confirmed. The rest of the matches will be made known shortly.
